In order to analyze traffic flow running characteristics and provide basis for capacity research on urban road intersection, velocity characteristics and occupied space resources of bicycle, electric bicycle and pedestrian were studied. Based on method of time-space resource occupancy, models calculating conversion coefficients between bicycle, electric bicycle and pedestrian were established. Then, taking pedestrian as a conversion standard, conversion coefficient values, 1.67 and 1.58, of bicycle and electric bicycle were obtained. Taking the bicycle as a conversion standard, conversion coefficient values 0.60 and 0.95 of pedestrian and electric bicycle respectively were obtained as well. This research indicates that time-space resources occupied by bicycle, electric bicycle and pedestrian are different and the conversion coefficient values and effects of them on motor vehicles are different as well.
