The aim of this paper is to find perfect traffic signal timing-plan for two adjacent intersections. Applying cooperative game theory, a cooperation intersection model was established. Nash bargaining solution was applied to solve cooperative problems. Compared to fixed-time control, method proposed in this paper was more advanced, which could be proved by Paramics simulation software.
