In recent years, China aims to be a country with strong transportation networks by building its strength in transportation and raising its global competitiveness in the transport sector. The comprehensive transportation market in China lacks platform enterprises that integrate multiple modes of transportation. This paper proposes an innovation exploration on the integration model of comprehensive transportation by service middleman based on a case study and proposes a comprehensive analysis from multidimensional perspectives, including reality and possibility, major difficulties, and implementation approaches. Future directions could focus on pricing mechanisms, risk taking mechanisms, and other implementation approaches.
