Railway logistics center performance evaluation is a multi-objective fuzzy group decision-making problem involving various criteria under fuzzy environment. This paper aims to develop a feasible method for evaluating railway logistics center performance. Based on the vague sets, the qualitative assessments given by decision-makers and the weight of criteria can be converted from linguistic variables to vague values. After calculating the similarity degree and generating a probability degree matrix, the ranking order of all candidate schemes can be determined. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the reliability of the proposed evaluation method.
