Selecting the right suppliers and second suppliers is a main method for enterprises to manage supply chain disruption risk. This paper constructs the supplier selection models of two-echelon supply chain with one producer and several suppliers based on disruption risk. The result implicates the influences of some factors such as the disruption probabilities of suppliers, emergency purchase price, transportation cost, closing loss, et al. on the producer's selection to the second supplier.
