The increase in urban road traffic noise pollution has seriously affected people’s living, physical health, and socio-economic development. This study selected typical areas as measurement points for multiple noise monitoring to evaluate noise nuisance and psychological fluctuations. The propagation law of urban traffic noise was investigated by monitoring the sound level in the transverse, longitudinal attenuation process at different pavement materials. In order to evaluate the noise pollution along the urban pavement accurately, a large-scale road traffic noise mapping system based on GIS and Cadna/A was developed to display traffic noise pollution. The road traffic noise mapping vividly showed the noise pollution around the monitored area using less data, which is of great significance for the evaluation of urban road traffic noise.
