For LPG rail tankers, the temperature is an important factor in the process of safe transportation . Analysis of tank cars' adiabaticity in liquefying gas transport although remarkable achievements which studies on tank cars' adiabaticity have been made nowadays, inadequacy in researches relating to the heat deliver volume which depends on the tank wall's core layer thickness and the vacuum degree inside. Based on analyzing the influence they both have on the heat deliver volume respectively, this page analyses the result of these two factors' comprehensive influence using MATLAB. Then the range can be determined in which the two factors have a relative big impact on insulation property. It facilitate the provision of reference for the production process, canned utilization and safety aspects of insulation. And by the preliminary discussion of a new mode that another insulation property in the process of safe transportation, it can provide references for exploring the research of tank cars' adiabaticity.
