By calculating the fatigue life of the sample vehicle and applying calculation method of road enhancement coefficient, the enhancement coefficient of washboard road was calculated and studied. Vehicle reliability test on washboard road of proving ground was simulated with FE method, and the simulation result coincides well with the real vehicle test result in terms of the acceleration time course at typical measured points. Through analyzing vehicle critical parts fatigue lives with the simulation result, the enhancement coefficient was calculated and the k-v curve was plotted on the basis of assuring simulation accuracy.
