Measuring the airline security level from two levels- One is based on matter element analysis which in turn is based on artificial subjective factors. According to the analytic hierarchy process, to identify the weights that influence airline security, combining with the content about airline security audit, it is necessary to determine the score of factors which influence the airline security levels. Second level is based on the objective factors about safety data, trying to explore a calculation formula to measure airline security level. It finally gets the airline comprehensive safety level according to their respective corresponding weights with the specific score which is calculated through two aspects.
