This paper discusses the reliability of tunnel lings which is consisted of assembling segments. Based on the formula of bearing capacity and internal forces of a tunnel cross section, segmental reliability of a tunnel structure is given as loading eccentricity varies with checking out portion, calculation on segmental reliability is respectively considered in accordance with the large eccentricity scenarios and small eccentricity. A program coded by MATLAB in the light of Monte Carlo method is presented to identify the eccentric situation of each random sample cross section. Furthermore, sensitivity analysis to compare the impact of parameter distribution is included.
