This study aims to develop a system to manage road traffic control information and analyze traffic resources. In this system road traffic control information is represented as objects, such as points, lines, or regions, in GIS while the specifications of them are stored in the attribute table of the objects. Moreover, GU (Graphic User) interfaces are developed to process, edit, query, display, and print the information. Based on road networks and the relevant traffic control information, a road traffic resource analysis system is developed.
