In this paper, fuzzy theory is used to make fuzzy matrix by taking many factors into account, which affect bridge seismic damage. Analytic hierarchy process is utilized to ascertain the fuzzy weight, and change the qualitative factors into quantitative ones. This method can reduces the influence of subjectivity in a certain extent and makes evaluation tend to science. At last, a calculation is used to validate the method's feasibility and veracity. It is the matting to be applied to practical project.
