According to the problem of the share rate of passenger flow between passenger-dedicated line and conventional rail in transportation corridor, the main factors influencing passengers choice behavior between passenger-dedicated line and conventional rail were analyzed. Considering these factors, a mathematical model was set up in the light of passenger choice behavior. And the thought and method for resolution of the model was explained.
