This paper presents a historic synopsis Of secure vs. non-secure travel path issues at George Bush Intercontinental Airport/Houston, then examines non-secure inter-terminal passenger conveyance alternatives for the Airport as a case study. Benchmarking the existing Inter-Terminal Train, available transit modes, and generation and analysis of non-secure passenger conveyance alternatives will be examined in terms of cost effectiveness and passenger level of service.
