Bus travel decision-making behaviors were analyzed from the aspect of the travelers’ psychology and physiology based on their planned behavior. The main factors affecting the bus travel decision-making were extracted by investigating bus travel decision-making behavior through survey data. A logistic regression model was introduced to analyze the data. Urumqi City bus travel was taken as an example for this study. The results showed the application of planned behavior to solve the bus travel decision-making behavior reflects the effect of the individual differences of the travelers. This was especially true with respect to the travelers’ psychology and physiology. The results facilitate accurate prediction of the bus travel volume in the hub and provide a scientific basis for improving bus service and the bus-sharing rate.
