In order to study the automatic evolution mechanism of a logistics synergetic system, the theory of synergetics was applied to logistics. First of all, the theory of synergetics was introduced briefly, and then Logistics Synergetics was defined as a status of maximized overall revenue of a logistics synergetic system under the precondition of satisfaction of each individual enterprise in the system. Then the basic theorem of Logistics Synergetics was proved that the overall revenue of a logistics synergetic system was more than the gross revenue of all individual enterprises. Furthermore, Logistics Synergetics was analyzed in detail and the order-parameter and control parameter of a logistics synergetic system were identified. Finally, the order parameter equation and the potential function were established and analyzed by means of quantitative analysis, and some effective suggestions were given based on result.
