Malaria is a parasitic infectious disease in humans caused by the plasmodium parasite which consists of plasmodium falcifarum, plamodium vivax, plasmodium malariae, and plasmodium ovale. Malaria disease is transmintted through anopheles sp. Mosquito bites and can also be through bllod or syringe transfusions are contaminated with plasmodium and from pragnant women who suffer from malarious to her baby. A definite diagnosis of malaria can be done by microscopic examination of, but has a disadvantage that other checks are needed to support malaria diagnosis, This study aims to determine the description of the number of lymphocyte cells in malaria patienrs who are infected with plasmodium falcifarum. This research is a descriptive research witht, Which consisted of 30 samples infected with plasmodium falcifarum, the results howed from 30 samples (13%) infected with plasmodium falcifarumthere were 17 men (56%), 13 women (44%), children 6 (2%), and 2 (0,6%) children under five. Of 30 samples (13%) had an increase in the number of lymphocytes above the reference value.
