In this paper a cloud robotics system is being researched. Cloud robotics system architectures are presented. System working principles are analyzed. A garbage pickup robot system is designed, that works based on cloud robotics principles. Computation offloading decision algorithms are studied. A cloud robotics system algorithm and control program are presented. The system is studied by doing experiments on a simulation of the cloud robotics system. Tests are done in the simulation by changing various parameters of the cloud and it's environment. The results are evaluated and the minimal working conditions for the system are found. Using the results conclusions and suggestions are written. Structure: introduction, literature about mobile robots analysis, aims and tasks of research, theoretic part, experimental part, conclusions, references. Thesis consist of: 61 p. text without appendixes, 26 pictures, 23 bibliographical entries. Appendixes included.
