As an important supplement to the ground network, the low earth orbit (LEO) satellite network is an important component of the integrated network of space and earth. Due to the high moving speed of LEO satellites, a large Doppler frequency offset and its rate of change are caused, so a new frequency offset estimation strategy is needed in the initial access and link tracking process under the background of low earth orbit satellites. Based on this scenario, this paper first introduces the related signals of frequency synchronization, and proposes a compensation-based initial access and a PTRS signal-based frequency tracking strategy based on the characteristics of LEO satellites. The effectiveness of the proposed scheme is verified through simulation, this scheme provides a reference for the design of LEO satellite communication system.
