Engines are divided into two classes, one employed mainly for work round docks and sidings, and other for through-line traffic; for through-line traffic two additional locomotives have been completed by Kitson and Co. of side-tank class with six-coupled wheels; smaller and more numerous type of engines employed in docks are also of 0-6-0 side-tank class.
