Increase in use of helicopter is shown from 1963 to 1966; however, helicopter operators have not made profits due to passenger service and maintenance costs; comparison of unit costs of three scheduled helicopter operators (Los Angeles Airways, New York Airways, and San Francisco and Oakland Helicopter Airlines, Inc) for 1966 is presented.
