Study conducted by New York State Dept of Pub Works relates to present physical conditions of highway system and need for reconstruction; with consideration of traffic development, construction of about 1150 mi of highways will be required each year between 1946 and 1960, data on cost and its relation to vehicle mileage, statistics on accidents, etc, represented by charts.
