Editorial referring to action taken by British Ministry of Transport; it is street and not railway that is doing harm, and it is to suppression of noisy vehicles and improvement of road surfaces that attention must be first directed; street railways are out of place in great city, and best way of getting rid of racket they make is to get rid of them.
