Physical conditions impose serious obstacles to development of satisfactory plan; railway terminal layout at Cincinnati, showing location of existing passenger stations and site selected for new Union Station; stations are of stub type; tentative plans provide for 24 tracks having capacities ranging from 9 to 20 cars each; this layout will provide capacity 50 per cent in excess of present requirements.
