Railroad's side of grade-crossing accidents is pretty well established; in spite of eliminations number of grade crossings increase annually; one of most prolific causes of these accidents is inability of automobile driver to judge speed of train and his inability also to judge his own speed; uniformity of protection education of people; discipline by public authorities when that becomes necessary.
