Due to success of Barge line, there will soon be intracoastal canal extending from Point Isabel (Brownsville, Texas), to Mississippi river, serving state of Louisiana and Texas; with further development of Inland Waterways Corp., more and more of whole nation will be touched by its activities, and more and more will importance of Gulf ports increase.
