Airship development is of Imperial and worldwide significance; recent experience of Germany, Italy, America, and Great Britain; America, in spite of her insistence on peace program, is building only warlike airship because she could get no financial backing for commercial airship; technical development of R-100 and 101; method of handling; England-Egypt-India-Singapore-Australia route not ideal for airships.
