New all-steel Breguet sesquiplane, known as "Tout Acier", was designed primarily as observation plane; directly behind observer's cockpit super-structure comes to abrupt end, and tail assembly is simply supported by small girder attached to bottom of caisson; small oil tank located behind propeller; 500-hp.
