Three papers discussing modern flight-training courses and advanced methods used at flying schools are given; longer courses of flying schools with better and more uniform flight instruction advocated; greater safety in operation of aircraft and reduction of accidents are results being sought; increased stabilization of industry will come from providing definite, satisfactory source of pilots and will thus assure public that satisfactory facilities are available for flight training.
