Construction of suspension bridge for vehicles, 1200 ft. long and 1053 ft. above bed of river; cables have span of 880 ft. between towers, with sag of 60 ft.; scenic incline track is 1400 ft. long and has three rails, except at middle, where switch was installed for two cars to pass each other; two cars, carrying 21 passenges each, will be operated by 60-hp. electric motor with speed of 300 ft. per min.
