Avionics system will have to include navigation subsystem capable of accurate and safe performance with aircraft; economics of such subsystem operating in predicted 1970-1975 air traffic control(ATC) environment over New York to Paris air route; it is shown that dual inertial, dual Loran-C, or dual Doppler dead-reckoning avionics offer economic long-range navigation systems for supersonic transport.
