Development of flight simulation and supporting elements; control system dynamics element heart of which is closed-loop electro-hydraulic servo system, is described; system takes force signal from force transducer on stick to computer model which computes commanded stick position and sends it to high-response hydraulic servo which positions stick; test results show that friction is most significant control system property in small stick deflection range of flying.
