Paper considers probabilities associated with parameters that control successful rendezvous for space station logistic missions, namely, launch-on-time, length of resupply interval, synchronism of station orbit, launch stand turnaround time, number of committed launch vehicles, number of stands, countdown and flight, length of launch window time, and acceptable launch weather probability during specified time period; parameters are combined in mathematical model providing system operational design criteria.
