OSK passenger and cargo vessels "Bangkok Maru" and " Saigon Maru," built and engined at Kobe shipyard of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Co, Tokyo; length oa 121.5 m; breadth molded 17 m; depth molded 10 m; "Bangkok Maru" is propelled by single screw through Vulcan gearing driven by two Mitsubishi 4-cycle, airless injection, reversible Diesel engines, each having 8 cyl with bore of 450 mm and stroke 630 mm, developing 1570 bhp at 300 rpm.
