First of series of four similar all-aft bulk carriers has been handed over to owners, O.Ditlev-Simonsen Jr, of Oslo, by A/B Gotaverken; length oa 656 ft 11 in., breadth molded 88 ft 6 in., depth to keel 49 ft 4 in., draft on summer freeboard 34 ft, capacity 1,754,400 cu ft, dw 34,250 tons; Vesteroy is first ship powered by new Gotaverken DM 750/1600 highly supercharged engine.
