Advantages which would accrue if, instead of directing all air traffic towards one airport close to London, it were separated and dispersed to air strips on south, east and west coasts; landing strips should be provided with minimum facilities only; passengers would be transferred at once from incoming air liner at coastal air strip, to waiting helicopters which would convey them to city of their destination.
