Of three tunnels mentioned, one is for pedestrians and one for cyclists, and work is being started on them first; work on main vehicular tunnel not being commenced until they are finished; smaller tunnels will be about 900 ft long; provision of twin escalators for use of cyclists has been adopted; in addition, elevator will be provided.
