Figure of merit relates directly to merit of lifting propeller and actually represents merit of aerodynamical design of blade itself; on basis of facts given, time has now come to deliver figure of merit into archives of aerodynamical science and to substitute instead what it actually represents -- efficiency of lifting propellers.
