Most overseas construction operations take place in underdeveloped countries; therefore, most important factors to be considered by contractor working overseas are job equipment planning and job analysis; early planning of job equipment includes following steps -- estimating individual and collective progress of work, grouping spreads for balanced operation, coordinating equipment, supply of spares, special conditions, and lead time; recommendations made.
