Aerodynamic solution for high frequency oscillations in supersonic flight is applied to calculation of bending-torsion flutter speed and frequency, including effects of airfoil thickness and shape; expressions are valid at sufficiently high frequencies and arbitrary supersonic Mach numbers; numerical results presented show variation of flutter boundary with elastic and inertial properties of airfoil, flight conditions and airfoil thickness.
