Two mobile fueling units are used at Buffalo, NY, for intermediate fueling of Diesel electric passenger locomotives operated between Harmon, NY, and Collinwood, Ohio; other mobile fueling unit is used at East Syracuse, NY; each unit consists of 53-ft flat car on which are mounted two fuel oil storage tanks, fuel oil pump driven by Diesel engine, and two lines of hose for delivery of oil to locomotives; storage tanks have combined capacity of 13,000 gal.
