To take advantage of growth of radio for civilian flying, aircraft radio manufacturers must have not only clear understanding of private pilots' needs, but also product to fit them; aircraft radio industry must make every effort to render ownership of radio by private pilots more natural and less troublesome than it is today; means to accomplish this considered.
