Twin-car articulated steam car rebuilt as double engined Diesel mechanical train, by Peruvian Corp, for Entre Rios Railway; oa length of bodies at 94 ft 6 in. is same as before; new end trucks fitted and pivots moved in to distance of 36 ft 2 in, from articulation truck pivot; at each end of train is power transmission equipment comprising Gardner oil engine, Vulcan-Sinclair fluid coupling and Wilson epicyclic gearbox; engine gives top output of 153 bhp at 1200 rpm.
