Signaling system and traffic control equipment used at Route 9 in Westchester County, NY where vehicular traffic was detoured over built up railroad bed to control 2-way traffic on single lane facility, allow rail movements to achieve right-of-way, unimpeded, and to control State highway intersection to insure that vehicles were not stored or trapped on tracks.
