Particulars of three tugs "Carmelite," "Counselor" and "Consultor," having length of 90 ft and powered by Fairbanks-Morse Diesel engines; tugs are in United States Navy, ready at any moment for any kind of service; renamed, " Consultor," now "Menewar," and "Carmelite" now "Hopocan" serve New York Harbor, while "Counselor" bearing inscription "Y.N.-35" is at Norfolk, Va.
