Theoretical methods are presented for estimating required starting pressure and minimum base pressure ratio of axisymmetric ejector-diffuser systems; theory for minimum base pressure ratio for zero secondary flow was developed by modifying Korst's two-dimensional theory; modification consists of new method for computing peak recompression static pressure; base pressures of 34 ejector configurations were calculated within 6% of experimental results by using modified theory.
