Ferry consists of two units, tug Prescotont equipped with powerful Diesel-electric propelling machinery, and non-self-propelled car float Ogdensburg; latter has length of 290 ft; breadth 45 ft; depth 12 ft 6 in.; draft 7 ft 7 in.; number of cars carried 16; tug has length bp of 110 ft; breadth molded 27 ft; depth molded 13 ft 6 in.; main engines are Winton 4-stroke, 6-cyl, airless-injection Diesels.
