Terminal project at St. Louis, completed by Illinois Terminal Railroad at Cost of $10,000, which involves construction of 1, 722 mi double-track elevated line and 0.674 mi double-track subway, latter being under widened street; project also includes 11-track underground freight yard having capacity for 100 cars, 12story universal freight station and office building, and complete passenger facilities.
