Paper describes studies accomplished by bioengineers at North American Aviation, Inc that relate to weightlessness problem and some of pertinent conclusions; relation of weightlessness to life support requirements is discussed including areas of metabolism, compartment design, exercise, and plant growth; consideration of weightlessness and unrestrained motion, moment of inertia of man, personal propulsion, and in-space maintenance.
