Instrument-landing system glide-path is described which produces straight-line path originating directly from touchdown region on runway; system makes use of 5 flush-mounted runway antennas mounted directly in runway, thus eliminating ground-reflected signals presently used to form path; as result, effects of terrain irregularities in approach region are minimized.
